The city of Faridabad is one of the oldest satellite cities of the Capital New Delhi. It was a small industrial town in the early sixties and its development was the result of the Nanda family picking the city for the starting phase of their industrial Expansion with the Escorts Plant One the first of the many industrial units they set up in the city. Most of these plots come in various sizes from 100 sq. Yards to 500 Sq. Yards. Faridabad is now finally developing at a much faster pace after the complete saturation of land in Gurgaon in the NCR. These plots in Faridabad are generally all passed for stilt plus 4 floors and are suitable for large families and private builders interested in the construction of Luxury Floors in Faridabad. There is a reason for the popularity of the HUDA Plots in Faridabad that they are mostly title free and there are no problems whatsoever in establishing sole title to the plots.
Amenities in the Project :-
Generally the Haryana Urban Development Authority does not provide many extraordinary amenities in their residential projects of plots in Faridabad. They just offer the basic amenities like one or multiple parks according to the size of the community and sector. Then they will provide also paved roads and basic street lighting throughout the project. Water supply to the flats and the plots is assured. Parking facilities are to be either in front of the plots or under the stilts if the buyer constructs his plot with stilt + 4 format. Some other facilities like piped gas are also going to be provided in the coming times. Garbage collection is available in all sectors as per the latest practice in the city.
Location of the Plots :-
The HUDA plots location in the sectors are spread-out all-over Faridabad. Most of the sectors are already developed and are in easy reach of the Capital. From the Delhi Faridabad Border the plots are mostly in a distance of 15 minute to 20-minute drive. There are now two arterial roads connecting the plots to the Border. The Main Delhi Mathura road and the Bypass road connect to most of the sectors directly. Luckily the layout of Faridabad is in a straight line and so the development is much more organised than in Gurgaon which has developed in all directions. This layout makes the plots very easily approachable. Besides this the Metro being available all along the main Mathura road and the plans to take this into the Greater Faridabad area via a branch line provide this with great connectivity to Delhi and the National Capital Region. The city has some very good medical aid facilities in the shape of a number of good hospitals spread out all over the city. The city also has a very efficient and excellent education system with at least 50 + good schools of international standards spread out all over the city. These are besides the hundreds of local and basic schools.

The price of the plots being offered by Huda in various sectors is between 55000 to 100000 per square yard depending on the size and location of the plots.
