Propex the Project and the Promoters:-


The coming year is expecting a revival of the stagnant economy of India since the pandemic struck the country. Yards and going up to 140 sq. yards in sector 70 Faridabad.  These small sizes of plots are commissioned under the Deen Dayal Jan Awas Yojna the government of Haryana scheme to match the central government’s PMAY. The size of these plots makes them much more affordable than bigger plots and these are suited for the underprivileged section of society. These are also passed under the Haryana laws of construction of stilt plus 4 floors and are suited for building smaller size luxury floors or for large families for building independent residential units on one plot of land.


Amenities in the Project :-


The project is going to be provided with all the commonly given amenities to all such plotted societies. As it is a gated project there is going to be security provided at the main entrance to the compound. They will be providing the availability of round the clock water supply. Street lights will be installed. There is a central landscaped garden which also has a kid’s park CCTV coverage for round the clock security. A small commercial centre will be attached to the project for supplying the daily needs of the residents of the area. There is a rainwater harvesting system in place. There is also space available for erection of a community hall for common use of the community. Location of the Project :-


The Propex City  is located  very close to the IMT (Industrial Model Township) announced by the Government of Haryana for the creation of an Industrial township in Faridabad. It is about 15 to 17 kms from the Border of Delhi and Faridabad at Badarpur and is reachable in about 20 to 25 minutes via the Bypass Road. For the best connectivity to Delhi the metro system is the best public mean of transport and the nearest station is at Good Year or Ballabgarh (Raja Nahar Singh Station). Both are just five to 10-minute drives from the project area. Then the project also has some good hospital facilities in easy reach with the Sarvodaya Hospital being just five to seven  minutes away and some excellent schools in a radius of 5 kms which is also very convenient. 


Price of the Plots in the Project :-


The price of the plots in Propex city  sector 70 is in the range of 26 lacs to 46 lacs depending on the size of the plot. There is a subsidy also available under the DDJAY.
