Greater Faridabad is changing and expanding at a very fast pace and the projected doubling of the population of the city by the end of the next decade has forced the government to acquire more land to cut out at least 30 further sectors in the city.  These sectors are now going to be the centre of more construction activity with new builders already planning residential projects in various formats.

The World Trade Centre one of the best known construction companies in the world famous for many of its high rise commercial projects now steps into Faridabad with its first residential projects with around 6000 to 7000 plots in the different planned sectors between sector 110 and 114.  These plots are being introduced under the Government of Haryana’s scheme of the Deen Dayal Jan Awas Yojana. These affordable plots in Faridabad are going to be available in sizes ranging from 100 sq. yards to 180 sq. yards and passed for construction of structures S + 4 Floors.

The developers are going to provide the project with all the best amenities like security at the gate and also through CCTV Coverage. They are also going to give other amenities like paved roads, street lighting, parking facilities, garbage collection facilities, landscaped parks with kids play grounds, round the clock water supply , open gyms, rainwater harvesting system and commercial section with shops to cater to the daily needs of the residents.

Location wise the sectors are going to be around 16 to 18 kms from the border connecting Delhi to Faridabad.  They will be well connected to the Metro system which really connects to the other infrastructure like the airports and the railway stations.  There is a very large and modern hospital just few minutes away in sector 88 called the Amrita Hospital and then there are at least 16 wonderful and high quality schools in a radius of around 3 kms from the project site. These schools like the K R Mangalam School and the Modern School are well known throughout the country.

Price for the plots at present is around the 23000 per sq. yard and the prices are going to escalate further in the coming months.
