Generally speaking the sector 70 is one of the earliest sectors developed in the Greater Faridabad area and is close to the IMT and farthest from the Delhi Faridabad Border. However it is still having all the necessary advantages of a prime location because the roads surrounding it are as wide and spacious as in the other parts of the city. The sector also has a very good connectivity to the Delhi Metro with a station at Ballabgarh and at Good Year both of them being less than 10 minutes away.
