The Project


Ever since Faridabad started to develop there have been many different builders active in the area now known as the Greater Faridabad belt. This area is the largest area in the city now since the government added 50000 acres of land to allow for the development of the city. The Ansals Group is one of the groups with multiple projects in Faridabad and one of the projects already completed is the Ansals Royal Heritage in sector 70 Faridabad.  This project by the Ansals group one of the well known construction groups in India and particularly in Delhi and NCR is a project of high rise residential flats in Faridabad. The project is built on 20 acres of land and is one of the largest projects in the Greater Faridabad area. It has a total number of 1200 + 2BHK, 3BHK and 4BHK flats in Faridabad in a walled and gated society. The Flats have been given a very contemporary design and are Vaastu Compliant. The location of Ansals Royal Heritage is in a sector which is practically a part of Greater Faridabad but almost touches on the Ballabgarh Area. It is one of the earliest sectors to be developed in the Greater Faridabad area. Despite that it has all the plus points of all other sectors in the belt. The Delhi Metro is having two stations nearby at Ballabgarh and also at Good year and both are just 5 to 10 minutes away providing it with the required public transport system. It also possesses the same quality of wide roads in sector 70 as in the rest of Greater Faridabad area. This provides it with swift connectivity to Delhi and to the NCR region.
