Faridabad is now becoming the destination for the middle class population looking for affordable homes adjacent to the Capital Delhi. With the drive being undertaken by the Government to provide 20 million affordable homes for the middle class community all over the country there has been a steady increase in the number of affordable flats being constructed in this border town adjacent to Delhi. Quite a number of large construction companies have joined the bandwagon in the construction of these affordable flats in Faridabad.


Amrit Homes is an under construction affordable high rise housing project of Faridabad.  Being developed by the Sudarshan Buildtech Pvt Ltd this project is going to provide affordable flats in categories of 1BHK, 2 BHK and 3 BHK in sector 88 of Faridabad.   The project is going to be offering 724 flats in all in all the categories combined. It is based on a total land mass of 5.06 acres and is going to be a closed and gated society. The balconies of the flats area around 90 sq. ft. being constructed under the guidelines of the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana the project is to be completed in the next two years.


Amrit Homes is going to be having a number of necessary amenities provided by the builders. There is going to be manual security arrangement at the gate of the project. Additionally there are going to be other things like the paved roads, street lighting, rainwater harvesting system, fire protection for the towers and parking arrangements to go along with this.  There is also going to be a Garden with a play section for kids, power back up for common areas and lifts as well as 24 hour water supply and other things like shops to take care of daily shopping needs of the residents.


These amenities also are supporting the location of the project which is very prime in sector 88. This is just 7 minutes away from the Old Faridabad or the Badhkal More metro station and the metro then connects it to the railways stations, airport and various wholesale markets in the capital.  Amrit homes have the largest advantage of being next door to the largest hospital in the city called the Amrita Hospital. This hospital is the latest and best in northern India. Besides this there is also its connection to the best educational facilities which gives it a perfect advantage of location. There are schools like the K R Mangalam and the Modern School in immediate surroundings and then at least 15 other schools in a range of 10 to 15 minutes drive from the projects location.


The prices fixed at present for the flats is in the range starting from 14 lacs and going up to 26 lacs depending upon the size of the flat and its configuration. There is also a subsidy of 2.67 lacs available on certain terms and conditions.
