This project is located on a main 75 meter wide road and is well connected to the Delhi Metro public transport system at the Bata Chowk station in ten minutes. This distance will be shortened once the branch line of the Delhi Metro is operational in Greater Faridabad.   The Projects inventiveness lies in the fact that the developer is going to create a wooded resort in the heart of a concrete jungle. For this purpose they have already planted more than 1500 thick leaved trees inside the compound and also five gardens of different hues and different floral styles. The gardens have been named after the particular type of trees and flowers planted in them like Vibe, Aroma, Orchard, Symphony and Vista. They have also planned to create a 2.5 kms wooded walk in the project compound with trees planted on both sides of this walk. 


The Godrej Retreat is going to include the following amenities for its residents: There will be security available both at the main entrances to the compound as well as CCTV coverage inside the compound. Rainwater harvesting will be provided; paved roads and street lighting in the complex; a 2.5 km shaded walk with thick tree cover; two clubhouses with equipped gym and two swimming pools attached to the clubs; parking under stilts ; 24 hour water supply to the homes; power back up for common areas; five lovely gardens in tune with the themes of these gardens; different types of fruit trees in the orchard section and a commercial section with many shops which are to cater to the daily need requirements of the residents.


Price of the plots in Godrej Retreat is presently in the range of 60 to 68000 per square yard depending on the location of the plot. A subsidy is also being provided for first time home owners.
