The Project

Faridabad in the early 1960’s was a small industrial town on the outskirts of the capital known only for two things. One was the Escorts Plants which were set up by the Nanda family one of the leading industrialists of India and the Badhkal Lake complex a picnic spot known for its large natural lake which was a very popular destination for the residents of Delhi.  IT started to develop slowly and it was only in the 21st century that the development picked up pace. The city is now a busy site of construction activity as the  City administration is gearing up for a massive growth of the city’s population during the current decade ending in 2031. Many new sectors have been added to the city and construction activity is in full swing. In Sector 89 there is a small but beautiful project of residential plots in Faridabad being developed by the Fidato Buildcon Pvt Ltd. This project is being developed on 11.70 acres of land and consists of 208 plots in Faridabad being developed under the terms and conditions of the Deen Dayal Jan Awas yojna. These plots are available in sizes ranging from 133 sq. yards to 180 sq.yards. The plots are all passed for construction of structures of Stilt + 4 floors. 

The Location

Sector 89 is one of the most lush green sectors of Greater Faridabad. It is located about 15 minutes drive from the Delhi  Faridabad Badarpur border and has good connectivity to Noida also being very close to the Noida Expressway and to the Green belt of the region. It is just about 10 minutes away from the nearest Metro station at Neelam Ajronda or Old Faridabad giving it good connectivity to the NCR and Delhi.

The Availability of Basic Comforts

Every residential project has two basic needs in order to make a permanent home. These two basic comforts are the availability of the basic needs of Education for the kids of the residents and the availability of good quality hospitals and healthcare for the sick and senior citizens of the society.
