With the prices of real estate rising all over India it has become difficult for most Indians to construct their own homes as the cost of land and residential plots have become very prohibitive. Then there are at least 16 great schools to take care of the education of the kids in a radius of around 3 kms. Price of the flats in S3 Auric Green Avenue is either 13.15 lacs for 1 BHK or 26.33 for the 3 BHK units. Bank loans are available if required and of course the subsidy of 2.67 lacs under the PMAY is also available on preconditions.
