When the available residential space in Gurgaon and Noida started to dry up and become more expensive Faridabad was one city which was chosen as an alternative to them for  the coming future. The prices of real estate in Faridabad were considerably lower than the prices for the same in Gurgaon and Noida.  The Faridabad administration made out  a plan for its development and laid emphasis on the provision and construction of  high number of high rise projects of residential  flats in Faridabad. Different categories of high  rise projects were sanctioned some of them also  under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana  a scheme which  is committed to support the construction of 20 million homes by 2024.

Besides this there is the availability of some of the best  schools like the Delhi Public School and the Aravali International School in a range of  2 kms and at least 15 others like it in easy reach  of the project. For hospitals there is  a choice of at least 6 modern hospitals all within a radius of 5 kms from the project the nearest one being in  sector 16 like the Metro Heart Institute.

The  BPTP  Discovery Park also has all the amenities of a prime high rise residential  project. The security arrangements at the gate are available 24 hours a day. This is supported by the paved roads and street lighting; reserved and covered parking facilities for the residents; rainwater harvesting; firefighting equipment in the  towers; a central garden with landscaping  and with tracks and a kids  play area; a clubhouse for recreational facilities; a swimming pool, tennis courts; power back up for lifts and common areas and a commercial section.

The price of the flats in BPTP Discovery Park is in the  range of 45lacs and 80 lacs depending on the size  of the flat and  bank loans can be availed if necessary.
