According to industry estimates there are 28 large scale construction companies engaged in the development of various real estate projects in Faridabad. Besides these 28 builders there are hundreds of smaller builders engaged in the construction of luxury builder floors in the various sectors of Greater Faridabad. Many of the larger builders have only one project either completed or under construction. There are a few builders with more than one project like the S3 Infrareality Ltd.

The S3 Infrareality Ltd has two projects on their portfolio in Greater Faridabad. Both the projects are projects of High rise flats in Faridabad. One of the projects has been completed and delivered in sector 82 under the name of the Auric City and the other project is located in sector 85 and has been named Auric S3 Green Avenue and this project is still under construction. The project is located on 5.3 acres of land and is consisting of 1 & 3 BHK flats in Faridabad sector 85.  This project has a total number of 766 flats in different configurations and carpet sizes of 318 sq.ft and 645 sq.ft. The Balcony areas of 83 sq.ft and 112 sq.ft are over and above the carpet area size. The balconies are located on two sixes of the flats and provide the flats with excellent ventilation and fantastic views.  There are 13 towers in the project compound of this walled and gated complex and the project is being constructed under the provisions of the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana. 

Auric S3 Green Avenue is located in a sector which is almost in the centre of the newly developing Greater Faridabad and surrounded on all sides with a large network of 30 to 60 meter wide roads. The new master plan has foreseen the need for good connectivity to the various important points in the NCR.  On one side is the Badarpur border between Delhi and Faridabad which can be reached in about ten minutes and on the other the border of UP at Noida reachable in 15 minutes. Greater Faridabad is also well provided with the necessary medical and educational facilities for ease of life. A very large hospital of 2000 beds (the Amrita Hospital) is located just 5 minutes away and there are at least 16 excellent schools for providing high class education to the kids of the residents of the area.

Being an affordable housing project under the PMAY the project has been provided with all the necessary basic facilities for such projects. Some of the mandatory amenities included are the Security arrangements at the gate of the complex; 24 hour water supply; firefighting equipment in the towers; rainwater harvesting; parking facilities for residents; paved roads and street lighting. All these are provided in S3 Green Avenue. Other amenities include a beautiful garden with a kid’s play section; power back up for lifts and general areas and a commercial section for taking care of the shopping needs of the residents.  There is also a provision for a community center in the project compound.


Price of the flats in Auric S3 Green Avenue is presently fixed at 14 lacs and 26.33 lacs for 1 BHK and 3BHK respectively and a loan facility of 90% is available. There is also a subsidy scheme of 2.67 lacs as per the terms and conditions laid down by the PMAY.
