Modern day real estate development is  being made scientifically with an emphasis on the  optimum usage of  available land for using it for residential purposes. The  sector  86 is in fact one of the best locations of the entire Faridabad belt being very centrally located. It has all the necessary features required for making the  life of the residents of that locality  free from hassles. The Master Plan has ensured that the entire Greater Faridabad area is well supplied with wide spacious road keeping an eye on the coming  future of the city and its growth.  The sector also has accessibility by one of the best public transport system in the country viz. the Delhi Metro with a station which is in a five minute driving range from the project.
