Life in Faridabad is changing with the number of commercial complexes being built in the city. There was a time when in order to do some shopping mostly people had to go to Delhi for a wider choice. The nearest Metro station is just around 3.5 kms from the project site at Bata Chowk connecting it to Delhi with great convenience and speed. The project also has more than 10000 residential units in a radius of 5 kms from its site. These residential units are in the various high rise  projects of flats and in the other projects of independent floors etc.   There are all the other necessary facilities close by like a few good hospitals for quality healthcare. The Accord Multispecialty is the nearest hospital just less than one km from the project site. 


The cost of the plots in Amolik Plaza 82 is in the range of 130000 to 135000 per square yard and the prices are appreciating steadily and the projects construction is well under way.
