The Project


As the city of Faridabad is heading for the 22nd century it is assured that the city is going to be one of the most modern and well planned cities in India. The administrators of the city have been wise and have started the development under a very well drafted Master Plan with an eye on the future of the city, its population ten years from now and their requirement of infrastructure. The Greater Faridabad area which is the largest area of the city now is full of multiple high rise projects of residential flats in Faridabad in various sizes and budgets. One such project is the Aagman 2 project in sector 70 Faridabad. This project is one of the many affordable high rise projects of flats in Faridabad being constructed by the multiple builders.  The project is being built under the provisions of the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana and consists of 732 units of 2BHK and 3BHK affordable flats in Faridabad.  The whole project is being readied on a plot of 5.35 acres of land in one of the earliest developed sectors in Greater Faridabad area. The carpet area of the flats is 540 sq.ft and 645 sq.ft  respectively.  The project is being constructed by the Agrasain Spaces LLP in Faridabad.


The location


Sector 70  is one of the sectors which was developed earlier and is closer to the IMT than any other sectors in the area. However it still has all the features  of the later sectors like spacious and wide roads and the other infrastructure for a reasonably comfortable life for its inhabitants. The sector has good connectivity to the Delhi Metro service with two stations at Ballabgarh and Good year. Both of them are less than 10 minutes away from Aagman 2.

Basic comforts for Aagman 2


Now the success is always measured by the basic comforts of any high rise society. This generally means the availability of Good schools and hospitals for emergencies. In this case the sector is well served by some excellent schools like the Faridabad Convent School and the DAV Public School nearby and there are also hospitals like the Sarvodaya Hospital  in sector 8 and other hospitals like the Goyal Hospital etc also in nearby areas. These will provide the best health care services to the residents of the project and of course there are even better hospitals in nearby sectors of Faridabad.
