As the population of the world goes on increasing there is all the more pressure being created on the land in most of the major cities of the world. When we assess the location of the project we have to consider if it meets all the parameters of a prime location. Sector 97 is one of the latest sectors to be added to the Greater Faridabad master plan and has been planned in accordance with the same. The wide roads as per the master plan allow for much faster traffic movement and result in faster access to all points. There is also a good public transport system in close proximity. The Bata chowk metro station is just 10 minute drive away from sector 97.  Besides this the sector possesses the two other top requirements of a good location namely good healthcare and good educational facilities also in nearby surroundings. There is the Metro Heart Institute in sector 15 and the Amrita Hospital in sector 88 and both are just at very short distances. Then there are some of the best schools in the country also very close by like the Delhi Public School, the Shiv Nadar and many more also in nearby surrounding sectors. 


With regard to the available amenities in the project we can find that all the important ones  are going to be provided by the promoters.  Security at the main gate is the primary amenity and this is going to be provided round the clock. Then there is to be electronic surveillance inside the project compound. The security is going to be backed by paved roads, street lighting and 24 hour water supply in the residences. Other facilities to be included are a green garden with a kids play section; garbage collection; a commercial section for shops and some sports facilities.


The cost of the plots in SLF Indarprastha Greens is presently in a range of 35000 to 36000 per sq. yard and prices are escalating and there is also a subsidy available under the Deen Dayal Jan Awas Yojana which can be availed.
